Churches across Egypt are growing, but many lack the training, support, and stability needed to sustain that growth. Pastors are called to lead, disciple, and reach their communities, yet many face financial pressure, limited resources, and cultural barriers that make long-term ministry difficult. Without intentional investment, these churches struggle to multiply and remain consistent in their impact. We exist to come alongside local leaders, providing the structure, support, and relationships needed to strengthen and expand the Church. Through strategic partnership, we are helping build a foundation that allows churches not only to survive, but to grow, multiply, and reach beyond their immediate communities.

Church Planting

"Then the churches throughout all Judea, Galilee, and Samaria had peace and were edified. And walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, they were multiplied."
Our 3-year training roadmap will consist of:
Training – our model guides pastors through 3 years of robust and contextual training that focuses on the holistic formation and preparation of the planter/church.
Resourcing – we create spaces to gather, learn, and grow during the 3-year journey. This is done online and in person.
Network – every quintet of pastors and planters in the training meet together as a team to partner in prayer and share experiences
Stage 1: INITIATE – Evangelizing
Goal: to make responsible, reproducing disciples
This stage focuses on building relationships and sharing the Gospel in a way that is culturally aware and relationally driven. New believers are discipled intentionally, laying a strong foundation of faith and obedience. The goal is to develop disciples who grow, take ownership, and begin reproducing in others.
Stage 2: NURTURE – Strengthening
Goal: to make responsible, reproducing leaders
In this stage, believers are grounded in Scripture and equipped for deeper spiritual maturity. Emphasis is placed on character, consistency, and leadership development. As individuals grow, they begin taking responsibility within the church, becoming leaders who are equipped to disciple and invest in others.
Stage 3: EXPAND– Multiplying
Goal: to make responsible, reproducing congregations
The focus shifts to strengthening the church as a whole, building systems and leadership structures that support growth. As the congregation matures, it becomes outward-focused, actively reaching others and multiplying its impact. The goal is to establish healthy, reproducing churches that can sustain ongoing growth.
State 4: SEND – Extending
Goal: to make responsible, reproducing missionary-sending churches.
This stage prepares the church to look beyond itself, raising and sending leaders into new areas. Equipped and supported, these leaders step out to plant new churches and expand the mission. The goal is to develop churches that not only grow but actively send and multiply into new regions.

Church Adoption

Church Adoption is our way of coming alongside existing pastors and churches to make sure they don’t have to carry the weight of ministry alone. Through a simple grant system, we provide consistent monthly support that helps cover basic needs for pastors, their families, and their church work, so they can stay focused on shepherding people and reaching their communities.
For just $300 a month, a pastor can be fully supported in a way that brings stability, dignity, and sustainability to their calling. This kind of steady provision allows leaders to remain present, grow deeper roots in their communities, and continue multiplying the Gospel where they are already faithfully serving.
