Step 1 – Information Call
You’ll be joining our first meeting, the Information Call, where we’ll review the preliminary trip itinerary.”

A detailed schedule outlining each day’s activities, ministry opportunities, and excursions. -
Churches We’ll Be Partnering With
The names and locations of the local churches where our team will minister. -
Team Outreaches
A look at the outreach projects we’ll participate in together—sharing the Gospel, serving communities, and showing Christ’s love. -
Excursions & Cultural Experiences
Highlights of the historical and cultural sites we’ll explore during the trip. -
What’s Included in Your Ministry Trip Cost
Flights, accommodations, meals, transportation, ministry supplies, and entrance fees for scheduled excursions. -
What’s Not Included
Personal spending money, travel insurance, souvenirs, and any meals/snacks outside the planned itinerary.
“Step 2 – Deposit and Fill Out Forms
Once you feel called to join the mission trip to Egypt, we ask that you submit a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot.
After that, you’ll complete two forms—one focused on your physical health and the other on your spiritual background. These forms help us get to know you better and allow us to understand how to best utilize your unique gifts during the trip.

Step 3 – Preparation Calls
We will be hosting 5 preparation calls, all of which will be recorded for future viewing. We highly recommend that everyone attend live or watch the recordings afterward. During these calls, we’ll spend time in prayer, getting to know each other, and discussing the nature of our upcoming trip.
